Important Notice

Due to hygiene and health considerations, intimate apparel is subject to specific return and exchange restrictions. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

01. Returns

For hygiene and health reasons, shapewear, bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, and other intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered unless:

You received the wrong item.
Your item arrived damaged or defective.

02. Reporting an Issue

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number.
Clear photos or videos of the item.
A description of the issue.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

03. Conditions

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unwashed.
Free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or other signs of use.
In their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

04. Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

05. Exchanges

Approved exchanges will be processed once the original item has been received and inspected, where applicable.
